If you had told me years ago that I would become a certified Yoga instructor and a Sound Healing practitioner, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. In fact, back then, I was a total skeptic. I was struggling with chronic back pain and, even worse, I couldn’t remember the last time I had a good night’s sleep. I was out of balance, exhausted, and stuck.
It was my sister Verónica who finally convinced me to try Yoga. I remember walking into my first class thinking it wouldn’t work—or that I wouldn’t even like it. But I was wrong. That first hour on the mat didn’t just stretch my muscles; it began to quiet my mind. Slowly, the back pain faded, the sleep returned, and something much deeper began to shift within me.
“Yoga taught me that our bodies are not just vessels for movement, but mirrors of our inner state. What began as a desperate search for physical relief from pain and sleepless nights evolved into a profound spiritual awakening. Today, I don’t just practice for balance; I live in it, understanding that when we align our energy, vibration, and breath, we unlock the door to a life of true harmony and purpose.”
The Foundation: Yoga and Meditation
Yoga was my gateway to a new way of living. Over the last 15 years, it has evolved from a physical remedy into a spiritual anchor. Through meditation and conscious movement, I learned that balance isn’t something you find—it’s something you create. It gave me the tools to navigate life’s challenges with a sense of calm that I never thought possible.
Finding Stillness on the Water: SUP Yoga
My search for balance eventually led me away from the mat and onto the water. Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga became a profound teacher of resilience and surrender. On the board, the ocean or the lake becomes your mirror; it demands a level of presence that ground-based practice simply cannot replicate. There is a sacred silence that happens when you find a pose amidst the gentle ripple of the water—it’s a reminder that even when the world beneath us is in constant motion, we can find an unwavering center of peace within ourselves.

The Power of Vibration: Sound Healing
As my journey progressed, I discovered that movement is only one part of the equation. We are energetic beings, and sometimes our “frequency” gets out of tune. Sound Healing became the perfect companion to my Yoga practice. Using the power of vibration, I found a way to reach deeper layers of relaxation and emotional release, clearing the mental noise that used to keep me awake at night.
A Life in Balance
Today, I can honestly say I feel I have a “perfect life”—not because it’s free of challenges, but because I finally have the tools to handle them. Through the combination of energy work, vibration, and movement, I have grown emotionally and mentally in ways my skeptical younger self could never have imagined.
My mission now is to share this harmony with you. Whether it’s through the vibration of a sound bowl, a flow on a paddleboard, or a deep meditation session, I invite you to discover how these practices can transform your life, just as they saved mine.
