With experience in aerial dance and movement arts since 2014, my journey has taken me across different countries, training intensively in disciplines such as silks, lyra, trapeze, rope, and vertical dance. From immersive experiences like the Irish Aerial Dance Fest to specialized training in studios across Europe and the United States, I have cultivated a versatile and deeply embodied understanding of aerial practice.

Beyond technique, my work is rooted in transformation. I have guided students of all levels through classes, workshops, and retreats, helping them build not only physical strength but also confidence, resilience, and artistic identity.
